I really am a fan of the architecture here.
My fiance wanted to rejoin the army just to get stationed in Japan. I forgot where though.
But...I think we decided not to since I'll just be graduating and need to get a job.

It's Torii Station, Okinawa.
But are civilians able to find jobs...more in particular...a just out of college nurse...
that is where our problem lies.
But he wants to go to Japan, just to say he's done it....etc. He loves traveling.

O.o I've been looking at cameras and I can't really decide between Canon or Nikon? I like Vivitar for B&W photos. So in your opinion which is better? Nikon or Canon?

This feels a little cut off at the bottom, but I love this shot a lot. I love the architecture and how the building dominates the whole photo. =D

I love how the dolphins stand out. I was lucky enough to be able to touch them when they were doing some renovations a few years back.

ah! It's always so cool comparing chinese and japanese architecture, especially around this time period.
It's weird seeing that they have windows in this castle, and it threw me off. What time was this built?

this is pretty re-built,the original one was totally burned to the ground in the second world war.
this is just a a replica with elevator on the inside.

That's a shame, but it's kind of cool.
It's like how they've been refurbishing the forbidden city in Beijing and are repainting everything. It means people can see what it was once like, you know?
