This is one of my favorite trees of all time. I love the beautiful, vibrant red that you've caught here. The soft light in the sky seems to accentuate the coloration, and the building almost seems to jealously try and outshine the trees to no avail. Yet, as your words say, what I see is only what I want, it's my own insight into the relation you present in your photo.

It's hard sometimes to step out of the image others have placed on us. It's also hard, sometimes, to let go of the images we place on others. It's difficult when we realize someone is not who we thought they were, and we really only have ourselves to blame. But it still hurts sometimes, which is probably why it's so hard to let go.
