life get us by surprise but , don't forget to breathe .
just breathe .
i was waiting to see this movie called " it's kind of a funny story" and
a friend told me it was out already so i went to see and ,
i just got out now and i am feeling so happy .
i really love this movie .
it does make me remember that sometimes , we need to breathe every now and then.

i am gonna quote some words that was said tonight and ,
hopefully , it make sense at all to whom it may concern .

" i was thinking ... about how things never change but , although it change you know ?
i think a lot about it . yeah ..
we will be always ourselves / like ourselves in our hearts ( and ways ) , seeing things change all around , but not all we are .
we keep every valuable memory in our lives , without leaving nothing behind .
never let them go .
we are like a walking garbage .
keeping the ugly dust in the bottom , and twisting all that matters to the top 'til we throw up .
running around the things we don't need . no we didn't .
losing our values and feelings , without looking in the mirror to keep track of what we are becoming .
of what we've become .
see . . . we were never supposed to be like that .
